Shipping policy
Amer Khoj garments are produced in limited quantities. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit issues, or preference.
Returns are accepted only in the rare case of a genuine manufacturing defect.
Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- The garment arrives damaged or defective
- There is a clear manufacturing fault
- An incorrect item is received
Normal wear or handling damage is not considered a defect.
How to Request
- Contact us within 7 days of the product reaching you
- Share clear images and details
- If approved, ship the garment back to us
- It will undergo quality inspection upon arrival
If the defect is verified:
- If your size is still available, we will send a replacement
- If it is sold out, you may choose:
- Full refund, or
- Store credit
Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping initially
- If the defect is confirmed valid, we will refund your shipping cost along with your resolution
- Invalid claims will be returned without shipping reimbursement
Condition Requirements
Returned garments must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags and packaging
Size Exchanges
Due to limited production, we do not support size exchanges.
International Orders
Same policy applies. Duties or return costs refunded only if a defect is verified.
